Prime Office Furniture warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in its material and workmanship as described below. We will repair or replace and/or contract with a third party to service, at our option, without any additional charge to the original purchaser including shipping if applicable of any defective product(s) and/or part(s) for 1 (one) full year from the date of delivery while owned by the original purchaser. This warranty is your sole remedy for product defects and excludes defects due to or arising in connection with product misuse or abuse, modifications, and products and parts not used or installed in accordance with installation guidelines. There are no other warranties, express or implied other than those specifically described, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. We will advise you of the procedure to follow in making warranty claims.
