FREE, INSURED, AND FAST DELIVERY CURBSIDE OR LOADING DOCK ANYWHERE IN THE CONTIGUOUS 48 U.S. STATES TO YOUR OFFICE OR HOME ARRIVING WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER.  (INSIDE DELIVERY AVAILABLE TO YOUR OFFICE OR HOME FOR $250.00 ADDITIONAL REGARDLESS SIZE OF ORDER. SEE BELOW FOR INSIDE DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS) If an insurance certificate is required by your building manager (up to $1,000,000) please let us know so we can make arrangements.

If you wish not to install yourself, we have an agreement with our network of professional specialists located in all 48 contiguous U.S. States to install our office furniture after arriving at your business or home within 1-2 days of delivery arrival date. They will unpack and install your furniture and remove all packing/boxing materials. Please email or call us for pricing if interested. For cost effectiveness, we recommend self-install since its simple to do. Please see pdf files next to each product for install instructions.

We also offer same day White Glove Service that includes on-site installation and removal of all packing/boxing materials by Allied Special Products delivery/installation team. OUR FURNITURE IS PREMADE AND HEAVY DUTY AND IT IS OF THE HIGHEST PREMIUM  QUALITY AND COMMERCIAL GRADE. THUS WE USE THE UPMOST CARE WITH OUR SHIPPING LOGISTICS. PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED REINFORCED W/ STRAPPINGS WITH TENSIONERS, FOAMED, DOUBLE-BOXED ON A VERY TIGHTLY DOUBLE SHRINK WRAPPED SECURED PALLET(S) ONCE ON YOUR CURBSIDE OR LOADING DOCK, SIMPLY CUT THE DUAL PROTECTIVE WRAPPING AND USE CARE IN BRINGING IN THE BOXES OF PRODUCT(S)(generally requires 2-4 adults depending on product(s) ordered since our furniture is heavy). SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE PRE-PREBUILT AND REQUIRE NO INSTALLATION AND MOST REQUIRE MINIMAL INSTALLATION USING PROVIDED INDUSTRIAL GRADE SCREWS AND BOLTS THAT TAKES APPROX 30 MINUTES PER PRODUCT (generally requires 2-4 adults depending on product{s} ordered since our furniture is heavy). This is not RTA (ready to assemble) furniture with many light low grade pieces that is difficult or takes much time to assemble nor is this substandand quality wood, veneer or any form of laminate which you will find at office super stores, warehouse clubs, catalog, or other online furniture stores. This is premium unique european design executive commercial grade heavy-duty real wood veneer office furniture generally reserved for corporate settings. Please note above outlets and sellers may claim to have executive commercial grade office furniture but that is a relative term. It is most often substandard commercial grade and/or low quality wood veneer and/or some form of laminate and/or traditional in design and/or has many pieces and parts and thus similar to RTA in many ways.

We have an in-house QC (Quality Control) team at each one of our network of facilities to insure each piece of furniture is in perfect condition before it is imported straight to us. We then inspect packages again for QC once it reaches our warehouse facilities. We have a shipping department of experienced professionals who have done our processing countless number of times and follow the highest stringent inspection, packing, and shipping guidelines in order fullfillment. We take pride in our fine office furniture and each boxed products are corner protected, double boxed, palletized, strapped down w/strappings with tensioners every 1.5 to 2 feet, reinforced w/heavy duty double shrink wrapped. We also have special handling agreements with our two contracted carriers. Then it is safetly shipped to your business or home insured via our contracted shipping carriers Allied Van Lines or FedEx Freight, two of the most trusted names in the moving and shipping business as well as maintaining a high level of customer service which both of their respective reputation are founded. 

One of our customer care representatives will call you within 24 hours after you place an order to let you know the ETA (estimated time of arrival) window assigned to you, your shipment tracking number, and to confirm your shipping address and contact information. If you would like another day and/or time frame, you can let us know and we will accomodate your time frame request.

Our dedicated customer care representative at Allied Van Lines or FedEx Freight will also call you 24 hours before arrival of your shipment for complete fulfillment.
 


Inside Delivery Restrictions

  • Customer or appropriate company official or delegated person(s) must be present to sign for the delivery and to instruct furniture placement. - Must not have limited access to office building such as parking or road restrictions that restricts normal truck delivery. - Shipping company will not move existing furniture or appliances. The space you want the furniture placed must be cleared. They will also not handle electronic systems and/or electrical devices.
  • Or any other unusual or limiting or dangerous circumstances as deem fit by our shipping company.
  • Please be advised non-delivery or additional charges will apply if above policies are not met.
